What Every Successful Woman Knows: 12 Breakthrough Strategies to Get the Power & Ignite Your Career, a book by Janice Reals Ellig and William J. Morin.

Today’s new generation of highly trained women managers must confront very different challenges from those faced by earlier generations: different economic realities, different management needs, and different, though often not different enough, attitudes of male colleagues. Now, in WHAT EVERY SUCCESSFUL WOMAN KNOWS: 12 Breakthrough Strategies to Get the Power & Ignite Your Career-(McGraw-Hill; May 2001; ISBN #: 0-07-136996-1), authors Janice Reals Ellig and William J. Morin provide women with the personal and organizational tools gleaned from over 20 years of corporate and senior level recruiting to help women obtain the highest ranks of corporate power.

Based on interviews from over 200 senior corporate women, WHAT EVERY SUCCESSFUL WOMAN KNOWS includes the insights and advice of these successful women, leadership building exercises, actionable approaches, and the 12 long-range strategies that constitute and effective action plan called “The Corporate Woman’s Power Agenda.”
