For all the things they didn't tell you when you went
into business for yourself...
Creative Marketing/Business Plans for Coaches, Consultants or Other Specialties
The result of taking this course will be the creation of
your own custom business and marketing plan. Typically, business and marketing
plans are 4-10 pages. The size and quality of your plan is dependent entirely
on the time and effort you expend during this period. The ultimate results
(i.e. new markets and niches, greater efficiency and satisfaction, etc.)
depend on your desire and ability to execute your plan. This is a systematic
process. You write your own custom business and marketing plan with guidance
from an experienced business marketing coach and Certified Management
Consultant. We offer one-on-one coaching for those who desire to begin
immediately. We will work with you to help you focus to:
- Determine your mission statement, ideal customer profile, and competitive
advantage
- Target and reach your ideal clients
- Resolve critical issues such as preparing 10-30 second attention-grabbing
networking and elevator speech
- Develop a specific prioritized action plan
Within 3 months, you will have an individual coach-guided, self-directed
